Selective manual harvest in 15 kg boxes, soft pressing of the entire bunch, decanting after 24 hours of sedimentation, into horizontal stainless steel fermentation vats (50%) and 500 liter French oak barrels (50%). Fermentation with batonnage, at controlled temperature without the addition of sulphrose. Stage in stainless steel vats for one year and bottle stage for one year.
With a strong character, it shows its volcanic origin and the pure profile of Graciosa white wines with an aroma of tropical fruit combined with spices and some nuts, complemented by iodized and saline notes, very fresh, mineral and saline attack, unctuous finish.
